Vinhomes Royal Island Vu Yen – The largest ecological urban avenue in the North of Vingroup in Hai Phong. The project has a scale of up to 887 hectares including product types: Townhouses, shophouses, semi-detached villas, single villas, multi-style ecological villas to serve all customer needs.
In this Royal Island City, Reich is responsible for supplying and installing aluminum and glass systems including fixed glass walls and doors, windows, sliding doors and hydraulic doors for low-rise apartments in subdivisions B1 and B4.

High quality aluminum and glass products used in the project come from two famous brands of RICCO Group: Tung Yang aluminum and Ricco Glass.
Xingfa aluminum with high quality coefficient, ensuring durability is used in the aluminum frame system of the project. The aluminum surface is electrostatically painted in dark gray, creating a protective layer on the surface that prevents the penetration of corrosive agents, helping to increase the life of the aluminum. The neutral, elegant and sophisticated paint color brings a luxurious and modern look to the apartments. White safety glass is produced with a reputable process at the Ricco Glass factory, ensuring both aesthetics and safety, and certainty during use by residents.
Subdivision B1, known as “Royal Subdivision”, is the most luxurious subdivision of the island city, embracing the Ruot Lon River. The island villa area has a modern French architectural style with 1,134 low-rise houses including: single villas, twin villas, Royal townhouses and Royal Shophouses.
Area B4 – “Prosperity Subdivision” is inspired by Japanese style, considered as the vibrant heart of the entire Vinhomes Royal Island urban area. With more than 1,800 Shophouses and 120 detached villas, the subdivision promises to be a bustling center, true to the name “Prosperity” of the Vinhomes Royal Island project.
