Reich Joint Stock Company has just become the first enterprise in Vietnam to own a fully automatic window and door production line thanks to the SBZ 630 aluminum processing machine imported from the world’s leading manufacturer of aluminum, plastic and steel processing machines, Elumatec.
The SBZ 630 is considered a fully automated and closed aluminum machining center, using the most modern technology in the world today. Thanks to its modular design, the SBZ 630 can function as a cutting machine and a complete processing machine for aluminum doors and curtain walls.
The most special thing about the SBZ 630 is that it performs the entire aluminum processing process automatically, from calculation, aluminum mixing, cutting, processing to pre-assembly with almost absolute accuracy thanks to the connection of data from the design software. SBZ 630 products depend very little on the operator’s subjectivity and can replace a large number of workers compared to previous single processing machines. SBZ 630 can operate continuously 24/24 hours, bringing high productivity and high efficiency in a short time to contribute to ensuring progress and quality for Reich’s projects and customers.
In terms of operation, the cutting process of SBZ 630 is carried out through a 7-axis sawing unit with cross-cutting and rotary cutting capabilities from 45o to 135o. Meanwhile, the machining process is completed in just one station with the number of base frames supporting up to 30 processors for different drilling and rotating shapes. Thanks to that, SBZ 630 products have high quality, uniformity and precision, with an accuracy when fixing aluminum bars in position of 0.2mm/m and a maximum aluminum bar fixing speed of 200m/min. In addition, thanks to the capacity at the waiting station for loading raw materials of up to 6 aluminum bars with a maximum width of 250mm or 10 aluminum bars with a maximum width of 130mm and a length of 500 to 7,500mm, SBZ 630 helps to maximize the production efficiency of the factory.
