Sun Group’s Han River Tourist Service Area Project is a new symbol in Da Nang city, located right on the banks of the poetic Han River. With its large scale and prime location, this project promises to be an ideal destination for tourists to visit and relax.
After a series of projects on Phu Quoc Island, starting from March 2024, Reich has continued to accompany Sun Group in the Sun Cosmo Residence project with 56 shophouses Block B2.5 and B2.7 – Han River Tourist Service Area Project to deploy the supply and complete installation of exterior aluminum and glass.

Up to now, after 3 months of construction, the project has now entered the door system construction phase. The frames have been installed and the doors have been moved to the installation location, gradually completing and revealing the shophouses.
Sun Cosmo is inspired by the slopes, materials, columns and typical decorative details, which are applied delicately and skillfully, along with modern design solutions. Large windows create natural light, the balcony porch with roof brings a spacious and airy feeling like traditional houses. All create a space that simultaneously meets the values of the future owner.
Not only meeting aesthetic standards, the door system must also ensure quality and safety parameters. The entire aluminum frame system uses the Xingfa system, the aluminum surface is electrostatically painted to resist corrosion in the marine environment, with a warranty of up to 20 years. The glass system used in the project is laminated safety glass produced at the Safety Glass Factory – Ricco Glass, capable of withstanding strong impacts. When broken, the glass pieces will be retained in the PVB film layer, not falling out, ensuring safety for users.
