|MAY 2024| Urban Green enters the construction phase of the glass facade

Project News

In September 2023, the Urban Green project was implemented by the investor Kusto Home at No. 6, Hiep Binh Phuoc Street, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. In this project, REICH Joint Stock Company (a member of RICCO GROUP) is proud to be the unit responsible for the construction and installation of aluminum and glass walls.

Right after the end of the Lunar New Year holiday, the Urban Green project construction site continued its journey of completion to soon complete and contribute to bringing to the city named after Uncle Ho a project that possesses a series of rich, modern, fresh and green amenities.

By May 2024, the project is entering the construction phase of the facade glass wall, with the exposed Xingfa Stick system being used.

Currently, Stick Xingfa curtain wall is one of the unique solutions that REICH has chosen to use in this project. This construction architecture is a combination of glass and Xingfa exposed mullion system, creating a modern beauty for the building when viewed from the outside. Aluminum mullions, horizontal and vertical strips will be designed to stand out on the glass surface, increasing aesthetics and creating a highlight for the facade of the building. With Xingfa aluminum mullions, the stick curtain system creates a strong and impressive visual effect, making the building look more solid and modern.

Despite the mullions, the stick facade system still maintains large glass panels that help the building take full advantage of natural light, creating a shiny, modern surface and open space, with a wide view when viewed from the inside.

Moreover, the Stick exposed mullion facade system is suitable for many projects because of its reasonable price while still ensuring soundproofing, heat insulation, and tightness (wind, water, air resistance) to help users resist external factors such as natural disasters, temperature, and harmful UV rays, creating a comfortable living and working space.

Stick curtain wall construction techniques require high precision and expertise. The processing processes at the factory and construction are used by Reich with modern technology and machinery, ensuring the quality and precision of the final product. All of this requires not only technical and aesthetic aspects but also calculations to ensure the project’s construction progress. REICH is gradually leaving its mark on this new technical masterpiece, which is highly appreciated by the investor for its expertise and aesthetics.

Urban Green Project.

With the mission of “Creating space – Building the future”, we believe that the cooperation between Kusto Home and REICH is a testament to the journey of strengthening the development belief that REICH has always persistently pursued.
