In early April, Reich continued to win the bid for a large, potential project in Long Bien district – Sunshine Green Iconic.
With the mission of creating comfortable and luxurious living spaces, Reich was entrusted with the responsibility of supplying and installing glass walls, railings, lobby glass roofs and ramps for towers C and D of the project.

The project is built with the goal of bringing a quality “green” life in the heart of the city. Sunshine Green Iconic apartments are highly appreciated for their unique, luxurious, sophisticated and meticulously designed architecture. Sunshine Green Iconic designers have brought the breath of nature into every beat of life, focusing on improving the quality of life of residents in Long Bien district.
The exterior of the project is equipped with two types of Solar glass and Low-E glass, not only ensuring aesthetics but also leading the trend of “green” living. These are two types of glass that are highly effective in insulating and controlling solar energy. Solar glass is used for the basement apartments, bringing energy efficiency but also ensuring that the interior space is always filled with natural light and cool. Meanwhile, low-E glass is applied to the upper apartments, with higher efficiency in insulating and minimizing the negative impacts of solar radiation on the health of residents, creating a safe and convenient living environment.
With the facade system, the project has chosen to use Semi-Unitized facade with hidden Xingfa aluminum frames. The aluminum frame is hidden inside behind the glass layer, contributing to creating a luxurious and modern appearance for the project. Combined with the open floor-to-ceiling glass design, the facade system helps the apartments to be filled with natural light, while enjoying the panoramic view of the golf course, the central lake, and blending in with the thousand-year-old prosperous flow of the Red River. The hidden frame architecture has a relatively low weight but is still sturdy and has good load-bearing capacity, ensuring safety and high durability for the entire project.
Not only that, the project is also highly appreciated for its connectivity, located in the intersection of main roads, adjacent to a series of famous projects such as Vinhomes Riverside urban area, next to Aeon Mall Long Bien commercial center, ..
